Full priced merchandise accompanied by your original Carbon Soldier sales receipt, may be returned for any reason, arriving to us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange, store credit or refund in the same form as the original payment. The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags attached.

All associated shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Sale items may not be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty.

 

Garments that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

 

If the merchandise is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

 

Your return or exchange will be processed within 10 days of receiving your parcel.
